Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Vodafone account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique Return Authorization Number.
Securely Pack the Device
Place the item in its original box along with all included accessories, manuals, and promotional gifts to ensure a full refund without restocking fees.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or Vodafone retail store.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned electronics, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
